This book should be called ‘The Big Book of Juices, Smoothies, and Other Blended Concoctions’.
I’ve been working through the book and making vegetable juices daily - most which are fantastic. But, Im already at the point where I am realizing that the vegetable based juices are limited. The rest of the book is filled of fruit juices, smoothies, and quenchers. 95 vegetable juices, 310 others.
So, my new goal is to get through all of the vegetable juices so I am not overloading my day with sugar.
